A binding agreement to purchase your property is only created when both parties sign a written purchase agreement. We reserve the right to revise, withdraw, or decline any offer at any time prior to a fully executed written agreement, including based on property condition, title issues, inspection findings, or other due diligence.

No Real Estate Agency Relationship

We are a direct buyer of real estate. We are not a licensed real estate broker or agent, and we do not represent you or act on your behalf in any sale. We do not provide legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. You are encouraged to consult with your own licensed professionals before entering into any transaction.

Information Accuracy

You agree that any information you submit through the Site is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. We rely on the information you provide to evaluate properties and prepare offers. Material misrepresentations may result in withdrawal of any offer.
